General Info

  • Do all 3 Red Radish kitchens operate the same?

While we have similar styles and goals, there are a few differences.

Marcus (Asheville), Mike (Charlotte), Matthew (Triad) are brothers.

Each Radish is individually owned and operated with varying menus, schedules and invoicing procedures.

We always look out for each other and for you.  Please contact the location that serves your area.  If you aren’t sure which kitchen you need, contact us and we will direct you to the best location to serve your needs.

  • Where are Radish To Go locations?

Currently, Red Radish To Go is only located in Black Mountain and Asheville.

Corporate Delivery

  • What is the minimum number of guests for delivery?

Our standard minimum is 12 guests.  If you have a smaller group, you are welcome to call.  We will check the delivery routes and do our best to make it happen, if we are going to be delivering nearby.

  • How far do you deliver?

Refer to our map and list of cities for delivery areas.  Most of these areas we deliver to daily.  Sometimes, however, our vans and routes fill up.  We will do all we can to get to you!

  • Tell me about EZ Cater…

EZ Cater is a third party online service that participates with us to offer you the convenience of online ordering, therefore, EZ Cater pricing is more expensive than contacting us directly.  It is NOT our proprietary service.

  • What’s the deal with Delivery Catering Boxes?

These boxes are a life-saver on many levels.  Most importantly, they help us keep your hot food hot!  Keep food sealed in them as long as possible and your food will stay hot and fresh longer.

  • What is on the menu this week?

Our Main corporate menu changes weekly, and varies by location.  We do our best to accommodate any special dietary needs.  We also try to not duplicate a meal to an office during that week.  This means we might make adjustments to the menu to provide the best lunch experience for our customers.

Our 3 main goals are: On time delivery, delicious homemade meals and easy invoicing & receipt delivery.

 

Radish To Go

  • What are the Radish To Go retail hours?

Black Mountain is “Officially” open Monday – Friday from 2 to 7pm.

Our “Casual” hours start at 11am.  You are welcome to stop in and shop the pantry, freezer and bakery items during our “Casual” hours.  The kitchen fills up the pantry and we have dinner ready to go by 3pm.

There is usually some thing for everyone!

Asheville is open Monday – Friday from 11am to 7pm

Grab – N – Go Lunch is served from 11am to 2pm.

Dinner of the Day is ready for pick up at 3pm.

  • How do I heat/reheat my meals?

Heating/reheating instructions are available here.  If you have additional questions, please contact the location you purchased the meal from.  Our Crew can assist you.

  • What if I didn’t prefer the meal I purchased?

We want you to be satisfied with every meal and experience at Red Radish To Go! If you aren’t happy, we are not happy.  Please let us know and we will make it right!

  • Do my gift cards expire?

Gift cards do not expire.  Hang on to them and use them anytime at either location!

  • Does Radish To Go – Black Mountain serve lunch?

Lunch is only served at Radish To Go – Asheville.  Click here to view the Grab – N- Go Lunch menu.

  • Does Radish To Go – Asheville/Black Mountain Deliver?

Radish To Go does not deliver.  It is carryout service only.

Social Catering

  • Does The Red Radish Asheville Cater weddings?

No. Currently, our focus is on corporate delivery, Monday – Friday.

  • What about catered dinners for larger groups?

Yes.  Our Carryout Dinner Menu is available for catered dinners for groups of 10 or more.  This menu is available for pick up at our Black Mountain location.

  • Does The Red Radish cater Hors d’oeurves /appetizer events?

No. Our menu is primarily meal style food.

  • I submitted an application. When will I hear back from you?

We look to fill positions ASAP, but, will wait for the right fit.  That can take time.
