Matthew & Miriam
Matthew and Miriam met in Charlotte where Matt started his culinary journey. After a short stint in West Virginia, they returned to NC to expand the Red Radish family in 2013, opening the Triad store. In 2020, they expanded to the Triangle area by opening in Apex. They enjoy traveling, attending their kids’ sporting events and getting together with the family.
